This week is dedicated to connecting with Mother Earth and harnessing the grounding energy of the snake. You'll begin with a traditional Temazcal ceremony, a sweat lodge ritual that purifies the body and spirit, preparing you for deeper exploration. Through grounding yoga poses and foundational asana practice, you'll strengthen your lower body and anchor yourself to the Earth. This dynamic style of yoga not only enhances our physical strength and flexibility but also anchors us in the present moment, teaching us to move with grace and purpose both on and off the mat.

Midweek, we embark on a sacred pilgrimage, a journey of self-discovery and connection to the ancient energies of the land. This spiritual voyage culminates in the San Pedro or Wachuma ceremony, a time-honored ritual that facilitates profound inner exploration.
