Weekly Breakdown:

  • UKU PACHA -Dive deep into the mystical realm of Uku Pacha, the underworld, as we embark on the first week of our transformative journey. This week is dedicated to grounding, connecting with Mother Earth, and harnessing the primal energy of the snake. As we delve into the ancient teachings, we'll foster a profound bond with Pachamama, the revered Earth Goddess.

Our exploration begins with the sacred Temazcal ceremony, a traditional sweat lodge ritual that purifies the body and spirit, preparing us for the transformative experiences ahead. As we sweat, chant, and meditate within the womb of the Earth, we release what no longer serves us, making space for new insights and understandings. A despacho (offer) is offered to the ancestors.

On the yoga mat, our practice will focus on the foundational asanas, emphasizing ground poses and the strengthening of our lower body. This physical grounding mirrors our spiritual journey, as we anchor ourselves to the Earth, drawing strength, stability, and nourishment from its core. By the end of this week, you'll feel deeply rooted, both in your yoga practice and in your connection to the world around you..

  • Step into the vibrant realm of Kai Pacha, the world of the here and now, as we journey through the second week of our transformative experience. This week, we center ourselves in the present, attuning to the rhythms of our physical bodies and embracing the dynamic energy of the puma, a symbol of strength, agility, and grace.

Our yoga practice evolves as we delve into the flowing sequences of Vinyasa. With each synchronized breath and movement, we cultivate a deeper awareness of our bodies, moving with intention and fluidity. This dynamic style of yoga not only enhances our physical strength and flexibility but also anchors us in the present moment, teaching us to move with grace and purpose both on and off the mat.

Midweek, we embark on a sacred pilgrimage, a journey of self-discovery and connection to the ancient energies of the land. This spiritual voyage culminates in the San Pedro or Wachuma ceremony, a time-honored ritual that facilitates profound inner exploration. Guided by the spirit of the San Pedro cactus, participants are offered a unique opportunity to delve into their inner landscapes, gaining clarity, healing, and a deeper understanding of their place in the vast tapestry of existence.

By the end of this week, you'll have forged a deeper connection with your physical self, the world around you, and the timeless energies that flow through all things.

  • As we transition into the third week, we ascend to the realm of Hanaq Pacha, the celestial abode that beckons us to transcend our earthly identities and embrace the vastness of the universe. Guided by the ethereal energy of the condor, we are invited to spread our wings and soar, gaining a higher perspective that allows us to see the interconnectedness of all things.

This week is a transformative journey of self-realization, where we challenge our limited perceptions and open ourselves to the infinite possibilities that lie beyond. Our practices and teachings guide us to shed the layers of our ego, revealing the luminous essence that resides within each of us.

A highlight of this week is the 432Hz sound healing session, a harmonious experience that aligns our energies with the natural resonance of the universe. The vibrations of this healing frequency envelop us, facilitating a deep state of meditation and allowing us to tap into our higher consciousness. This sonic journey not only rejuvenates our spirit but also fosters a profound sense of inner peace and clarity.

As the week culminates, we come together in celebration of our collective journey, marking our achievements and the bonds we've forged with a grand graduation party. It's a joyous occasion, a testament to the growth, transformation, and enlightenment we've experienced throughout our time together.

By the end of Hanaq Pacha, you'll emerge with a renewed sense of purpose, a deeper understanding of your true self, and a heart full of gratitude for the shared experiences and memories that will last a lifetime.
