What people say..
“Went on this retreat to help deal with anxiety and depression
Chosed this retreat for the amazing scenery, location, and food. The instructors and the support of the group were incredible, I left feeling so refreshed after. I felt like my mind and body received a much-needed reset. Honestly worked better than I thought. Highly recommend this retreat to anyone! Worth every penny.”
Michael Lauto.
“Changed my life”
This was the first retreat I have ever attended (never the less alone), I definitely dove way out of my comfort zone. However when I arrived, I instantly formed deep connections with all who were attending along with the gracious hosts' Frankie & David. It was a blessing to feel so comfortable and right at home. Their incredibly meaningful program continued to surprise me with love and true growth each and everyday! I can honestly say, I came out a better woman from this experience.”
Ashley Langford.
“I learned how to trust my intuition
Before going on this retreat, I was dealing with some heavy stuff going on in my life (grief, a break-up, and overall feeling overwhelmed by the everyday demands of life). I felt very desperate for a reset or a new perspective.I could probably write a novel about my takeaways from this trip. As someone who struggles with anxiety and feels it in my body very heavily, the breathwork, yoga, and meditation soothed my soul. I love that they gave us everyday tools to take back with us to carry on this peace of mind. The community was wonderful as well. We laughed, we danced, we sang, and we were silly”
